The beneftit at Icon for raising funds for GenerateHope , with the Girl Interrupted event, was wildly succesful. GenerateHope.org provides a comprehensive and uniquely designed long-term recovery program for young women who have been trafficked, prostituted, or otherwise sexually exploited. A gracious thanks to all involved in making this event possible! Lisa Ormsby photography captured great moments of the event…to see those, go here.
One of the highlights in our community is the baptizing of new believers. And that we had the pleasure to do for our friend Phillip yesterday in the frigid waters of Coronado Island. Here's some pictures of the occasion: album

Many braved the Padres Pandemonium & wadded downtown last week to celebrate the Kirby family, God gifting us with their friendship and their eminent return (only 2 years). We wanted to make sure the Kirby’s, like all other families in the Icon community, know they are so very loved. The evening was certainly a memorable one…check out the pictures here.
